First and foremost are the company's employees, who all have market expertise and are highly involved in its operations. Our partnership structure allows more than 30% of them to be shareholders in the company. Together, they own around 30% of the share capital.
Oddo & Cie completed a number of major projects in 2008, the most significant being the creation of the Banque Postale Gestion Privée and the acquisition of Partanéa, which has also boosted the Group's expertise in corporate banking.
