Oddo Metals, which is a department of Oddo & Cie, which operates notably as an industrial supplier of non-ferrous metals and covers raw material risks, must constantly work towards improving the level of client satsifaction and increasing the effectiveness of internal organisation.
The technical development of products, combined with the increasingly advanced requests made by our clients and the competitive environment in which we work, have encouraged us to constantly improve our services while ensuring that we listen to and work for clients. We also undertake to prevent pollution and to respect legal requirements applicable concerning the environment.
The choice of ISO certification supports and formalises our Quality Assurance and Environmental strategy within the Oddo Group. It allows us to consolidate our reputation with all of our clients sustainably.
In this perspective, we should ensure that each service is undertaken in line with the same methodology, which is clear and legible to everyone involved.
Our Quality Assurance and Environmental System outlines all rules applicable to our activities. These methods and rules are the result of reflection by all stakeholders.
Chief Quality Office is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of our Quality Assurance and Environmental System.
ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 CERTIFICATION
Oddo Metals puts its clients at the very centre of its strategic objectives. We must ensure that we are attentive to clients and satisfy them, as well as guaranteeing effectiveness and compliance with the ISO 9001-14001 requirements when performing our services.
The dual certification pursuant to the ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standard illustrates our desire to continuously improve our organisation and methods by putting our clients at the centre of our actions.
Implementing a Quality Assurance and Environmental management system with a view to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certification is a way of to achieving the performance and improvement of our activities through three Quality Assurance and Environmental focus areas :
